1. Information we collect
We collect information appropriate to your role and the services you request, which may include:
- Identity and contact information, such as name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, and account identifiers.
- Application, eligibility, and business information, including responses, experience, company relationships, and assigned roles.
- Verification and financial information when specifically required for an authorized workflow, such as identification documents, limited credit or financial evidence, tax records, or payout information.
- Platform content, including messages, tickets, notes, uploaded files, acknowledgements, and support history.
- Technical and security information, including IP address, device/browser information, authentication events, access logs, cookies, and fraud-prevention signals.
Please provide sensitive documents only through the designated secure workflow. Do not send passwords, bank login credentials, or full payment-card numbers in messages or support tickets.
2. How we obtain information
We receive information directly from you; from an authorized business, client, Director, Partner Manager, or administrator; from identity, security, and verification providers; and automatically through your use of the Platform.
3. How we use information
- Evaluate applications, verify eligibility, and administer onboarding.
- Create accounts, assign authorized users to companies, and manage tickets, documents, communications, and payouts.
- Facilitate authorized merchant-services, payment-processing, business-support, and related operational workflows.
- Communicate about your account, assignments, requests, compensation, security, and policy updates.
- Secure, maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Platform.
- Prevent fraud and misuse, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
4. When we disclose information
We may disclose information to the company or authorized team members involved in your assignment; to merchant-service, payment, verification, professional, or operational providers participating in a workflow you authorize; to hosting, storage, authentication, email, security, and analytics vendors acting for us; to a successor in a business transaction; or to authorities and other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and Platform integrity. Access is limited by role and purpose where practical.
We do not sell personal information to third-party marketers, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Legal bases, consent, and sensitive information
Depending on the context and applicable law, we process information to perform a contract, take requested pre-contract steps, pursue legitimate business and security interests, comply with law, or act with consent. Where a workflow requires sensitive information, we provide an appropriate notice or authorization step and limit use to the stated purpose.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable account, assignment, payment, compliance, security, dispute, and recordkeeping purposes. Periods vary by record type and legal obligation. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may review and update certain account information and may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain processing, subject to identity verification and legal, security, contractual, and recordkeeping exceptions. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply, including an appeal right. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
8. Cookies and communications
We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and Platform operation. You can adjust browser settings, though blocking necessary cookies may prevent login. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages; account, security, transactional, and legal communications will continue when needed.
9. Children and international processing
The Platform is for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy prospectively. The effective date identifies the current version, and we will provide additional notice when legally required. To submit a privacy request or ask a question, use our Contact page. Do not send sensitive documents by ordinary email.
