Clients of the Company have the explicit right to receive and use your provided information (including personal, financial, credit, and identification documents) solely to conduct and facilitate eCommerce business activities, including but not limited to applying for, obtaining, and maintaining merchant services, credit card processing, and related financial approvals in the United States.
We may also use your information for: analytics, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and to communicate with you about your account, updates, or compensation.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with:
- ECommerce clients and their designated merchant service providers or processors who require the data to evaluate and process merchant applications.
- Service providers who assist us with onboarding, document verification, storage, and payment processing (under strict confidentiality agreements).
